Link Sen. Kent Conrad letter: North Dakota has a role in nation's energy future

Senator Conrad's letter in the Fargo Forum praises North Dakota's role in the nation's energy future.

Conrad worked hard to ensure that incentives for more ethanol and biodiesel production in North Dakota were included in the recently passed energy bill. In addition, Conrad said that Headwaters Inc. announced that they are developing a $750 million project at Great River Energy’s Coal Creek power station in Underwood to start producing diesel fuel from coal. This economic development is crucial to the state and will create several hundreds of new jobs.

North Dakota's energy future looks bright - and our Dakota Boys are leading the way.
